Knitwear excellence takes center stage at Milano Unica: Maglificio Maggia at the 43rd edition

30/06/2026

On July 7th, 8th, and 9th, we will be exhibiting at Milano Unica, the international trade for high-end textiles and accessories, held at Fiera Milano Rho. Edition after edition, this event stands as the benchmark for the entire textile supply chain: a space where creative research meets manufacturing excellence, and where the most innovative collections engage with the most discerning brands and designers on the international stage.

Our Proposal for F/W 2027-28

For this 43rd edition, we will present our Fall/Winter 2027-28 collection: a journey through jersey, interlock, and knitted fabrics crafted from noble fibers—wool, cashmere, silk, and viscose—enriched by innovative structures and sophisticated finishes. This collection is born in our facility in Occhieppo Superiore, in the heart of the Biella district, where manufacturing tradition and technological innovation have coexisted for over a century under the guidance of the Maggia family, now in its ninth generation.

"MU is Punk! Handcraft is Punk!"

The creative theme chosen by Milano Unica for this edition—"MU is Punk! Handcraft is Punk!"—celebrates craftsmanship as an act of resistance and identity. It is a message we deeply identify with: our work has always been about creating fabrics with both our hands and our minds, blending artisanal know-how with industrial precision.

During the fair, the Innovation Area Forum will be dedicated to the theme "Human-Centric Performance Textiles 5.0," focusing on the smart materials and digital technologies that are redefining the future of textiles. It is an evolution we follow closely, integrating solutions into our production processes that are increasingly oriented toward certified sustainability and high performance. Milano Unica is the moment when months of hard work take shape before our partners.

We look forward to welcoming you to explore the directions for the upcoming season together.
